Products are stale and hard

I've been purchasing these products for years. Recently, I've noticed that I'm throwing money away on them.

I literally have two bags filled with different assorted tobacco products and have been trying to contact the company to return them but have not been successful. I'm losing money while they gain their riches.

New package had only one wrap and it cost three dollars from the liquor store at Rolling Road and Baltimore National Pike across from the Toyota dealership.

I used to like the grape and strawberry flavor. So now I have started ordering wild cherry Cheyenne cigars. They are the best.

You can order them online, or if you live where they have Family Dollar and Dollar General stores, you can get them there. Remington doesn't have any flavor at all now.

I tried multiple times to reach this company through costumer service, live chat and email and have not ever received any kind of responds

I ordered some products from the rewards shop with my rewards, and I have never received them. I placed my order back on March 2, 2025.

It shows where I ordered it, and it was processed, and my points were deducted for the amount of the products I ordered.

But I have never received anything. And now my account says the order was canceled, but it didn't refund my reward points back to my account.

  • Poor costume service

Preferred solution: My products and some bonus points for my trouble and a apology or a full refund for my product points and some bonus reward points and a apology

Good times 1 1/4 rolling papers

I bought a pack of rolling papers from Exon gas station. On the package, it said 24 leaves.

Well, there were only 14.

What is going on with the packaging? That was the second time this has happened.
