I've been purchasing these products for years. Recently, I've noticed that I'm throwing money away on them.
I literally have two bags filled with different assorted tobacco products and have been trying to contact the company to return them but have not been successful. I'm losing money while they gain their riches.

I've been trying to call since back in December. I ordered, placed, and paid for a blanket.
I never received it. Y'all told me I would have to wait almost 3 weeks to receive it, but it never came to my new address. I changed it, and I also updated it on the shipping as well. I've been waiting and waiting, and then they finally told me that they delivered it to the other address.
They will not give it to me. I don't know who stays there. Please email me back or call me. I would love my blanket.

I've smoked these for 10 years. They recently changed them, and they are awful now.
I used to like the grape and strawberry flavor. So now I have started ordering wild cherry Cheyenne cigars. They are the best.
You can order them online, or if you live where they have Family Dollar and Dollar General stores, you can get them there. Remington doesn't have any flavor at all now.

I tried multiple times to reach this company through costumer service, live chat and email and have not ever received any kind of responds
I ordered some products from the rewards shop with my rewards, and I have never received them. I placed my order back on March 2, 2025.
It shows where I ordered it, and it was processed, and my points were deducted for the amount of the products I ordered.
But I have never received anything. And now my account says the order was canceled, but it didn't refund my reward points back to my account.

I bought a pack of rolling papers from Exon gas station. On the package, it said 24 leaves.
Well, there were only 14.
What is going on with the packaging? That was the second time this has happened.
